The day of the official start for the first year of Teensen Genesis senior high school is approaching near, we are fully prepared to help students grow better. Now we have gathered a group of well-known national principals and educational experts, provincial and municipal discipline leaders, key teachers and outstanding graduates of double first-class universities and other professional education talents.

"Recruiting from across the country", "Having the same educational dream", "High academic quality", "Rich high school educational experience", these keywords are the most concerned by Teensen in selecting senior high school teachers. That’s how this super team of teachers came into being.
天行的每一位老師都是由江西省特級教師、南昌市學科帶頭人及南昌市教研員、天行校長天團組成的專家考團親自面試，從親和力到講課能力、從思維靈活性到理念的接受度、從學歷背景到教學展示等，都進行了非常細致的考察。最終呈現了這支集結高教齡、高學歷名師團隊，為高質量學習法再賦能。
Each teacher of Teensen is interviewed by an expert examination team composed of Jiangxi Province's special-grade senior teachers, Nanchang municipal discipline leaders, Nanchang municipal teaching and research staff, and Teensen principal team. From affinity to lecture ability, from thinking flexibility to the acceptance of ideas, from academic background to teaching display, etc., all of the interviewees have been examined very carefully. Finally, this team of well-known senior teachers with high teaching age and high academic quality is re-energized for high-quality learning methods.
唐鎮南
高中部校長，中共黨員，1991年至今耕耘教壇29年。中學語文高級教師、省首批骨干教師、南昌市學科帶頭人、南昌洪城名師；獲得過全國優質課比賽一等獎；是省首批骨干教師、南昌市高中語文學科帶頭人、南昌市第二批洪城名師；多次榮獲南昌市優秀共產黨員、南昌市優秀教師、南昌市優秀班主任、南昌市德育工作先進個人等榮譽稱號。長期任教重點中學零班兼班主任，所教的學生中有多人考取北大、清華等全國名校，有一大批進入雙一流大學深造。
曹少波
中學物理高級教師，國家二級心理咨詢師，家庭教育指導師，曾任雷式學校零班班主任，教務主任、政教主任，課堂深受同學們喜歡，對物理競賽有一定的研究，所教學生有考進北大、浙大、復旦等雙一流大學。
肖軍
江西省首批高中語文骨干教師、中學高級教師。擔任班主任工作20年。有過7年大型民辦學校支教工作經驗，擔任其管理工作。參加過多年高考閱卷工作，是2014年江西省學業水平考試命題組成員。多次被評為優秀教師、優秀班主任，所教學生參加全國作文競賽獲得一等獎，高考成績單科地市第一名，學生總分進入江西省前十名，錄取清華北大等名牌大學多人。個人多次獲得過全國讀書活動優秀輔導老師，論文多次獲得國家級、省級、市級獎勵。
林靖綠
英語老師，碩士畢業于英國?？巳卮髮W，主修專業是TESOL（對外英語教學）。該大學的TESOL專業全英國排名第六。碩士論文研究中國高中英語教學，獲得優秀等級（Distinction）。本科修英語師范專業、政治學與行政學專業，獲得英語文學和法學雙學士學位。曾在廣東一所省級重點中學擔任高中英語教師5年，工作期間獲得市級考核優秀等次。
余輝
化學老師，從事教培教師行業七年已久，管理崗位近三年，期間在金太陽培訓機構任教高三全日制重點班連續四年，所帶學生人數八千以上，參加高考學生中有大部分考取同濟大學、中南大學、中國農大、對外經濟貿易大學、中國科大、四川音樂學院、浙江傳媒大學等國內重點大學。
辛浩
中學地理一級教師，全國優秀科技輔導員、市優秀班主任、市優秀共產黨員，長期任教省重點中學零班兼班主任、備課組長，所帶班級獲市先進班集體、市五四紅旗團支部。
魏李紅
物理老師，擁有高級教師資格證，六年教學經驗，一直在教學一線帶教班課，對南昌市的考點、學情都非常了解熟悉。曾在恒大豫章師范附屬學校擔任高中物理教師、興趣班教練、副班主任，所帶班級平均分從墊底到第一。曾在某機構擔任物理教研組骨干，同時也是該平臺的金牌教師，所帶學生考入香港中文大學、清華大學等。曾任新東方教育班課教師，物理學科組長。
杜麗君
生物老師，在校時，是三好學生和優秀畢業生；工作時，是先進教師，獲得青年教師技能大賽二等獎。立志做一線粒體，于細胞深處，為學生提供能量。
楊峻朋
體育老師，畢業于北京體育大學運動訓練專業。國家一級運動員、江西省跆拳道錦標賽冠軍、北京體育大學跆拳道錦標賽冠軍、跆拳道黑帶二段、中國空手道協會裁判員、國家二級跆拳道裁判員。曾于北京市清華附中與中國兒童中心任外聘教師。
部分優秀教師的引進手續正在辦理，后續再公布。
中考雖然是孩子人生的第一道分水嶺，但這一切都是為了三年后的高考做準備，能考上一個心儀的好大學，才是我們現在做出所有努力的目標。高中階段是人一生中的黃金時期，在這一階段不僅是人生觀、世界觀形成的重要時期，同時又是增長知識和才干的重要時期。
Although the high school entrance examination is the first watershed in the life of a child, it is to prepare for the college entrance examination three years later.
