除了專業獎獲獎名單之外，美國景觀設計師協會(American Society of Landscape Architects，簡稱“ASLA”)還公布了2017年學生獎的28個獲獎項目。從52所院校的295部參賽作品中選出，學生獎旨在表彰由美國及全球各地的建筑設計專業學生創作的優秀作品。
獲獎者將于10月23日(周一)在洛杉磯會展中心(Los Angeles Convention Center)舉行的ASLA年會暨展覽會(ASLA Annual Meeting and EXPO)上接受表彰。
