Phenomatics Workshop 2017

自人類基因組測序完成，越來越多的植物基因組也完成了測序，隨著技術的發展，對基因組進行解析成為制約植物研究發展的瓶頸。高通量植物表型技術的快速發展為解決這一問題帶來了曙光，越來越多的研究員人員認為植物表型技術結合基因組學、生物信息學、計算生物學等學科能極大地推動植物研究的發展。
在植物表型技術研究開展得如火如荼的今天，為了促進中國、美國、歐洲等國家及地區表型研究專家之間的學術交流，探討育種中高效表型技術的研發、高質量表型數據的獲取與處理，上海澤泉科技股份有限公司將于2017年4月26日至4月28日在上海舉辦Phenomatics Workshop 2017。大會的議題將會包括數據科學和計算機科學在農業生物領域的應用、數字表型研究、圖形圖像處理與分析、新算法開發等研究內容。我們熱烈邀請國內從事植物表型組學、植物功能基因組學、作物育種等領域的科研人員參加本次學術會議，進行深度學術交流，共同探討植物表型組學的研究和發展。
