BILOG-MG 3軟件可以隨時間的趨勢檢測和修正參數（DRIFT），可以在兩級測試程序中校準和得分的測試，可以應用于潛在能力的估計或水平分布，可以為項目提供插入測試來評估項目的統計數據,但不包括在計算考生的分數(“變種物品”)，符合統計、理論和實證的可靠性，可以展現信息曲線和可靠性對假定的測試形式，可以表達質量紅外熱成像圖形,可以輸入Word,Accee等等。
